Role Responsibilities

• Compile and replenish daily consumption reports, ensuring accurate monthly summaries are submitted to the finance department.
• Conduct thorough inventories of all items, highlighting frequently used equipment to prevent shortages; proactively order supplies ahead of time.
• Verify that the quantities of issued items match actual consumables to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep management and supervisors informed daily about any delays in material deliveries.
• Complete all delegated tasks within set deadlines.
• Consistently monitor and follow up on urgent pending deliveries or material projects.
• Document daily records and analyze monthly expenses, promptly reporting any issues to senior management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
