Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee energy meter dispatch optimization processes and manage work order recall activities.
• Clean up and address Work Order Recall issues related to MEG, sector, or planning periods.
• Validate systems and processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Generate reports and facilitate clear communication for operational transparency.
• Coordinate dispatch and workforce logistics for large field operations.
• Apply a deep understanding of manual routing and optimization techniques to enhance dispatch effectiveness.
