Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Harcourt requiring an End User Support Engineer who will provide daily technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer service focused on operating system expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical troubleshooting and comprehensive support to end users.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve user issues effectively.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and management of operating systems.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix issues.
• Maintain transparent and effective communication and interpersonal relations with users and team members.
• Collaborate efficiently in a team environment and manage pressure effectively.
• Possess practical experience with Windows 11 in enterprise settings, Microsoft Intune, patch management, and network printer troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Three to five years' professional experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting roles.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are advantageous.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• ITILv4 certification is considered an added benefit.
