Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for employment, find suitable jobs, and sustain meaningful work.
- Empower individuals by helping them recognize their strengths, navigate obstacles, and embrace their new employment opportunities with confidence.
- Develop creative and effective solutions to overcome employment barriers, ensuring participants have the necessary tools and support.
- Act as an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and promote workplace adjustments that accommodate diverse needs.
- Celebrate each participant’s placement and achievements, fostering motivation and a sense of accomplishment.
- Forge strong partnerships with organizations committed to diversity and inclusion to maximize employment opportunities for all individuals.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
- Valid driver’s license and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
