Job Overview
The role involves both office-based technical operations and on-site field service assignments. The Electrical Technician will engage in the assembly, troubleshooting, servicing, installation, and maintenance of dental equipment to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission dental chairs and related equipment effectively.
- Perform electrical wiring, assembly, and testing activities within the company workshop or office.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer premises to handle service, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Identify and resolve electrical and technical malfunctions in equipment promptly.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and thorough equipment inspections.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers to provide technical assistance during installation and service processes.
- Manage and carefully handle tools, spare parts, and equipment required for service activities.
