Role Overview

This full-time position, based on-site in Riyadh Region, focuses on electrical engineering roles specific to cleanrooms and biosafety labs. Responsibilities include designing, reviewing, and enhancing electrical systems to align with accreditation and compliance requirements. Tasks involve preparing electrical drawings and specifications, supporting power distribution and system designs, and collaborating with mechanical and biosafety engineers to unify the project design. The incumbent will also supervise installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructures to guarantee safety, reliability, and optimal operation.

Key Duties

• Prepare and review detailed electrical plans and technical specifications.
• Support power distribution and electrical system designs relevant to cleanrooms and controlled environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and biosafety systems.
• Oversee installation and commissioning works ensuring equipment and systems comply with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical infrastructures for sustained performance.
• Engage with clients, vendors, and project partners to facilitate project success.
• Develop technical documentation and assist in delivering training related to electrical safety and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years spent within the Technical Office of a contracting firm.
• Practical knowledge in Building Information Modeling (BIM) within contracting environments.
• Strong proficiency in electrical engineering principles and systems design.
• Expertise in electrical design and power distribution for sensitive environments such as cleanrooms and laboratories.
• Experience with power systems analysis, load calculations, and integration of backup and safety systems.
• Preferably experienced in pharmaceutical or medical projects and familiar with healthcare or industrial facility electrical services.
• Capable of interpreting and producing engineering drawings, proficient with design software, and skilled in preparing comprehensive technical reports.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of international electrical and safety standards, alongside familiarity with regulatory and accreditation processes, is advantageous.
