E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

Kiran's Collection is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive to oversee the management and operational excellence of our online storefront. This position is suited for someone highly organized, attentive to detail, and passionate about maximizing the efficiency of e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring all information such as images, prices, and descriptions are updated.
• Oversee all customer orders, from initial receipt through to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate product dispatch and resolve logistical issues rapidly.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and maintain product availability.
• Address customer inquiries, order issues, and returns promptly, delivering excellent service.
• Create and analyze basic sales and order reports to support business insights.

Requirements

• One to two years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
• Direct experience managing online stores on platforms like Shopify.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for inventory control and reporting.
• Excellent organizational abilities and clear communication skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple duties independently with accuracy.
