We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the hotel's operations run seamlessly during their shift while delivering superior service quality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee outstanding customer service throughout guests' stays.
• Engage directly with guests and respond promptly to their feedback.
• Support in training staff on Standard Operating Procedures within respective departments.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively manage their expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to support hotel functions.
• Inspire and nurture a positive and engaging workplace culture among team members.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and proactively share this expertise.
