Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dredging Superintendent to oversee and manage significant dredging projects in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of marine operations to ensure the effective execution of projects within stipulated timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project work plans tailored to dredging operations.
Lead and supervise dredging activities ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Train and mentor dredge operators to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate and oversee marine survey tasks relevant to dredging projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Science, Marine, Civil, or a related technical field.
Minimum of ten years’ professional experience, including at least 3-4 years specifically in a superintendent role on major dredging projects.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is Qatari Riyal 8,000 to 10,000.
