Role Overview

Peverel Court Care invites dedicated and dependable individuals passionate about cleanliness to join us as Domestic Assistants at our Stone House Nursing Home. This role is pivotal in ensuring a hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment where residents feel genuinely comfortable and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and comfortable living space, contributing directly to residents' wellbeing.
Promote and adhere to good working practices and company policies to uphold a safe environment for both residents and staff.
Respond promptly and appropriately to any accidents, following correct reporting procedures.
Exhibit outstanding time management, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Engage effectively in verbal and written communication with individuals at all levels, maintaining confidentiality as necessary.
Demonstrate a strong service orientation with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Exercise sound judgement and make informed decisions independently.
Display energy, enthusiasm, and confidence to take the initiative in daily tasks.

Work Details

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, based onsite at our Stone location.
