Job Overview
SELF is recruiting for the role of District Coordinator to oversee an innovative AI-powered Mathematics Learning Programme delivered through WhatsApp, in collaboration with Darsel (USA). The position is available across various districts in Haryana including Ambala, Bhiwani, Kaithal, Karnal, Jind, Jhajjar, Nuh, and Panchkula.
Contract and Salary
The role offers a monthly remuneration of ₹35,000 plus travel allowance, with an initial contract tenure up to March 2027, potentially extendable based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree such as MA, MSc, MCom, MEd, MSW, MBA in Education, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, along with a mandatory B.Ed. qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience within the education, NGO, or development sectors, specifically working with government schools.
Role Expectations
- Experience collaborating with government schools.
- Ability to liaise effectively with education officials and various stakeholders.
- Strong commitment and passion towards the improvement of school education.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and community interaction.
