• Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently
• Monitor rinse and wash temperatures to meet safety standards
• Manage dishwashing chemicals correctly, including water changes and proper storage
• Organize and arrange dish racks for efficient workflow
• Handle trash removal and disposal duties
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards consistently
• Demonstrate teamwork and support fellow staff members
