Digital Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Job Overview

This role involves leading comprehensive technology and digital transformation projects through all phases, from initial planning and procurement to implementation, testing, deployment, and final operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project governance by overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, change control, and providing reports to executives.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams spanning business, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Supervise vendor activities, procurement processes, contract compliance, and overall quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Agile project delivery, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate deployment planning, manage change implementation, and drive continual process enhancements.
• Ensure all projects comply with government policies and best practices concerning cybersecurity, cloud adoption, data protection, and operational resilience.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 8 to 10 years of experience in managing large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects involving diverse stakeholders, vendors, system integrations, and multidisciplinary teams.
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile frameworks, project governance, risk management, and release management.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, SaaS products, system integration, data management, artificial intelligence, or digital modernization projects is beneficial.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Relevant certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or cloud credentials are a plus.
