Position Overview

We are hiring a motivated Digital Project Manager to become part of our Product Team. This role involves close collaboration with clients, Product, and Engineering departments to coordinate initiatives, collect business requirements, and facilitate the successful implementation of the swipejobs platform. This opportunity is highly suitable for candidates aiming to advance their career in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders to support product implementations, pilot initiatives, and rollout projects.
• Lead meetings, discovery workshops, and sessions with customers to capture business needs and uncover product enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to document and translate business requirements into feasible solutions.
• Oversee customer onboarding, implementation tasks, and pilot programs ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Produce and upkeep various product documentation, such as user manuals, release notes, training guides, and implementation resources.
• Analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and review competitor offerings to aid in product enhancement and planning releases.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree either completed or near completion in fields such as Business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Experience or exposure in Product Management, Business Analysis, Customer Success, or Project Management, which could be gained through professional roles, internships, or academic projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of building excellent stakeholder relations.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to interpret complex business workflows and customer demands.
• Proficient written communication skills demonstrated through clear and precise documentation preparation.
• Highly organized, flexible, and familiar with Microsoft Office; enthusiastic to learn additional tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
