Role Summary and Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager will oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies and maintain daily client relationships to ensure campaign effectiveness.

• Manage the full digital marketing cycle for clients to optimize campaign success.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients via phone, email, and text, ensuring same-day responses.
• Keep thorough documentation of client requests and support actions with diligent follow-through.
• Supervise the internal team responsible for implementing ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate project management responsibilities, delegating tasks and aligning efforts among multiple team members.
• Conduct monthly client meetings to review campaign performance and strategize forthcoming actions.
• Foster highly positive client relationships by delivering excellent customer service to maintain satisfaction.

Technical Expertise

• Experience managing digital marketing platforms including WordPress, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google My Business, and Email Marketing.
• Familiarity with project management solutions such as ClickUp, Teamwork Projects, Asana, and Monday.com.
• Proficient with communication tools like Slack and Google's suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, Calendar).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems such as Hubspot, Zoho, Keap, and HighLevel.
• Fundamental copywriting skills including keyword use for SEO, grammar, punctuation, and use of AI writing tools like ChatGPT.
• Basic graphic design capabilities for simple image editing and creating visuals in Canva as well as rudimentary video editing.
• Understanding and interpreting data from Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including the ability to explain performance reports clearly to clients.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, with occasional flexibility.
• Compensation package includes a $55,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonuses.
• Position is 100% remote.
