Digital Marketing Intern

Role overview

The LEGO Group is seeking a driven intern to support the Platform Marketing and eMerchandising functions across Western Europe. This position offers practical exposure to digital campaigns, online product presentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational support while working with major retailers and marketplace partners.

Digital marketing support

• Assist in planning and rolling out marketing campaigns on retail and marketplace platforms.
• Help manage campaign materials, timelines, and communication with stakeholders.
• Support analysis and reporting related to search, traffic, and campaign performance.
• Contribute to trend reviews, benchmarking, and KPI monitoring.
• Help create and deliver performance training for internal teams.

eMerchandising support

• Assist with product and content refreshes on retailer platforms.
• Check online product pages for correctness and content quality.
• Spot content gaps and opportunities to improve performance.
• Coordinate delivery of assets with agencies and internal partners.
• Support reporting and operational workflows.

Business and team support

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business update materials.
• Help organize recurring meetings and coordinate projects.
• Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Eligibility criteria

This is a paid internship based in the London office, with a requirement to work on site for a minimum of 3 days per week. Candidates must be 18 years or older, have the right to work in the UK for the full internship period, and be enrolled at the time of application in higher education or an equivalent training program, scheme, or course.
