Role Overview

Join our team to spearhead the deployment and management of the Wrench Smart Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. This role demands alignment of the system's capabilities with EPC project management workflows, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the rollout of Wrench Smart IPMS tailored for EPC initiatives.
• Interpret and synchronize the system functionality with diverse EPC management activities including engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Configure and maintain system modules responding dynamically to project-specific needs, troubleshooting issues where necessary.
• Administer SQL databases to uphold data accuracy, optimize performance, and assist in generating insightful reports.
• Collaborate extensively with departments such as engineering, planning, supply chain management, onsite teams, and IT for seamless system integration.
• Offer technical support for users, resolve problems, and facilitate system upgrades or enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions and devise comprehensive instructional resources for end users.
• Maintain detailed technical documents, including standard operating procedures and user manuals.
• Analyze project-related data using AI and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights aimed at boosting efficiency and decision-making quality.
• Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to manage system updates and resolve any operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding standards, data governance, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong experience in implementing and managing project management information systems, preferably Wrench Smart IPMS.
• In-depth knowledge of EPC project management processes.
• Expertise in SQL database management including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster integration and alignment.
• Experience in training users and preparing documentation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications related to project data analysis is an advantage.
• Understanding and adhering to data governance and cybersecurity policies.
