About the Role
Aligned with our strategic priorities to enhance revenue collection and improve tax compliance while effectively navigating the challenges and opportunities within a dynamic business environment, we are looking to recruit motivated, results-driven, qualified professionals for multiple Developer Trainee positions within our Innovation and Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement computer systems that enable sustainable growth in revenue collection.
- Ensure thorough documentation of all developed systems in accordance with established development standards and maintain adherence to accepted methodologies.
- Enhance and strengthen existing information systems for improved efficiency, including coordinating integration across various organizational systems.
- Establish and enforce IT system development standards and procedures.
- Apply prescribed enhancements to systems and rigorously test all amendments prior to deployment.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent (GCE) with at least five credits including Mathematics and English.
- A degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience in software development.
- Membership in ICTAZ or another recognized professional IT body is required.
