Job description

Role Overview

The Leadership Learning and Innovation Division within the Land Transport Authority's Transformation and Learning Office is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager for Transformation. This role is pivotal in fostering organisational learning and excellence by collaborating closely with LTA's leaders and staff to promote leadership and team effectiveness, conduct leadership user research, develop learning pathways, and manage the LTA intranet platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, plan, and execute frameworks, solutions, and programmes that drive unified commitment and actions from leaders and teams.
  • Manage onboarding of new management appointees and curate tailored leader development initiatives.
  • Design and support teams to achieve success through targeted leadership interventions.
  • Lead post-migration activities of LTA's intranet platform, including branding efforts and development of AI tools and capabilities to enhance system management and user experience.
  • Oversee the planning and management of LTA’s premier ALIGN Awards (Agile-Lean-Inclusive-Gamechanger and Noble Prize).
  • Engage closely with LTA senior management, divisions, groups, and colleagues to foster understanding and facilitate organisational improvements.
  • Create communication materials and develop systematic processes by synthesizing diverse information and data.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong proponent and knowledgeable user of AI tools for organisational adoption.
  • Flexible, innovative, receptive to new ideas, and capable of effective execution.
  • Possess strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with individuals across all organisational levels.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Leadership Development and/or UI/UX in a deputy manager capacity.
