Dental Receptionist

Role overview

Pacific Smiles Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Dental Receptionist for its Drysdale centre. This is an on-site position, working Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend roster expectations.

The role is ideal for someone with reception, administration, or medical front-desk experience who enjoys helping people. Previous dental experience is helpful but not required.

What the role involves

As the first point of contact for patients, you will help create a welcoming experience and keep day-to-day front-desk operations running efficiently. You will handle appointment coordination, answer patient questions, process payments, and support the overall smooth functioning of the centre. The position also includes learning sterilisation (Steri) processes as part of your duties.
