Job Overview

As a Delivery Team Associate at Walmart, you will assist the Online Grocery Delivery and Pick-Up department by loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise, and confirming receipt with customers to meet their expectations.

Compensation

• The hourly wage ranges between $14 and $27, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional financial rewards include annual or quarterly performance incentives and possible hourly premiums from $0.35 up to $3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed.
