Role Overview

This position, based in Richmond as part of the Trade Counter team, encompasses a range of responsibilities split between product delivery, customer assistance for plumbers and tradespeople, and various other warehouse and trade counter duties to ensure seamless branch operations.

Daily Tasks

  • Delivering parts and products to clients utilizing a company vehicle.
  • Conducting pick packing and managing stock controls.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the branch and warehouse.
  • Providing reliable customer service and accurate product information.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience preferred in roles such as delivery driving, retail, or customer service with a strong customer-oriented approach both face-to-face and via phone.
  • Competent in order picking, shop floor display upkeep, and delivering precise product details.
  • Comfortable with computer usage and eager to learn new digital systems.
  • Holder of a clean and valid driver’s license, flexible to work variable shifts including weekends.
