Role Details
Delivery Drivers can choose to use their own vehicle with mileage reimbursement or drive a company vehicle if they meet the criteria (age 21+, minimum 2 years driving experience, and a clean record). Drivers utilize advanced technology to ensure quick and safe deliveries, enhancing efficiency and earnings. Deliveries may involve navigating various terrains, including multi-story buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and beverages to customers efficiently and safely.
- Navigate routes using maps and directions within the delivery zone.
- Handle product delivery involving walking, climbing stairs (up to 5 flights), and carrying items.
- Ensure safe driving practices and adhere to traffic laws during deliveries.
- Perform routine in-store tasks such as pizza assembly and ingredient stocking when needed.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Pass a background check and have reliable vehicle insurance.
- Exhibit strong navigation skills and ability to read maps.
- Work well independently and cooperatively under pressure, maintaining high quality and customer service standards.
- Physically capable of tasks involving walking, bending, reaching, and manual handling as required.
Work Environment and Conditions
- Exposure to changing weather conditions and temperature variations from coolers to hot ovens.
- Work in tight spaces such as walk-in coolers and around hot surfaces.
