Key Responsibilities and Work Environment

• Deliver orders efficiently and courteously to customers.
• Handle outdoor tasks that may involve exposure to varied and sometimes harsh weather conditions.
• Work within store environments experiencing temperature extremes from 36°F in coolers to above 90°F in certain areas.
• Perform tasks that involve handling hot surfaces and tools, some reaching temperatures of 500 degrees or more.
• Manage lifting and carrying of bulk products and ingredients up to 50 pounds and sizes reaching 3 feet by 1.5 feet.
• Push and pull trays and dollies as required, applying forces up to 7.5 pounds.
• Occasionally ascend stairs or ladders for maintenance or signage updates.

Requirements and Physical Demands

• Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
• Minimum age of 18 years for employment eligibility.
• Exhibit a positive and customer-focused attitude with basic math skills.
• Adapt to work in cramped spaces, including walk-in coolers, and tolerate exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Perform most duties while standing, with some walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting tasks.
• Capable of lifting and stacking cases of ingredients up to 50 pounds and carrying items varying from 3 pounds to 30 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and possess near to mid-range vision and depth perception.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team under stress and meet stringent quality standards.

Additional Information

The company offers full-time and part-time flexible shifts according to business needs. This position does not provide a set salary as compensation depends on nightly cash payments inclusive of tips and mileage reimbursement.
