Delivery Boy

Job Overview

The Organic World is seeking a Delivery Boy/Delivery Associate dedicated to promptly and accurately delivering products to customers, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Primary Duties

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders.
• Confirm order details prior to delivery.
• Handle cash collection and maintain accurate transaction records when necessary.
• Maintain courteous and professional conduct with customers.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
• Adhere to assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Report delivery updates and any customer issues to the store supervisor.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in basic good condition.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass.
• Possess a valid driving license for two-wheelers.
• Familiarity with local routes and the use of navigation applications.
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Physically fit and open to local travel.
• Fresh candidates or those with up to 6 months of delivery experience are encouraged to apply.
