Candidate Profile

• Training in HACCP is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong communication abilities
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• A genuine enthusiasm for food and motivating customers through this passion

Primary Responsibilities

• Embody the Centra brand values: Pride, Energy, Imagination, and Community Focus
• Prepare customer orders covering all fresh food sections including sandwich and roll assembly, hot food serving, and meat slicing following portion control guidelines
• Cook, prepare, and arrange food items available throughout the day
• Maintain counter displays at high standards consistently during operating hours
• Share enthusiasm for quality food by providing product knowledge, recipes, and personalized recommendations to customers
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally adhering to store policies
