Debt Recovery Telecaller

Overview

We are currently inviting applications for motivated Debt Recovery Telecallers to enhance our Collections team. The role involves proactive communication with customers to recover overdue payments, ensuring a respectful and professional approach.

Core Duties

• Make outbound calls to clients about outstanding payment dues.
• Clearly communicate payment deadlines and amounts owed.
• Negotiate repayment agreements following company guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment promises.
• Regularly follow up on assigned accounts to monitor progress.
• Refer unresolved disputes or complex issues to higher management for resolution.
• Adhere strictly to organizational policies and prevailing legal requirements.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly debt recovery targets.

Candidate Profile

For Fresh Graduates: Minimum educational qualifications include completion of 10th, 12th, or graduation preferred. Candidates should have strong communication and persuasion abilities, basic familiarity with MS Office, and an eagerness to learn and perform in a target-driven environment.

For Experienced Candidates: Applicants with 1 to 3 years of prior experience in debt recovery, telecalling, or collections are preferred. Essential competencies include strong negotiation skills, effectiveness in handling challenging conversations professionally, sound knowledge of debt recovery workflows, and compliance standards.
