Overview

Bvt Capital Edge is seeking experienced Debt Recovery Agents to manage and recover overdue payments while ensuring professional and courteous communication with customers. This role demands individuals with a background in collections and proficient negotiation skills to effectively recover dues.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to address and follow up on overdue payments.
• Utilize negotiation tactics to settle outstanding debts amicably.
• Comply strictly with RBI regulations and company policies during all recovery activities.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of collection statuses within the company system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly recovery targets set by the organization.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve complex recovery cases.
• Ensure all communications are professional and foster positive relationships with customers.

Experience and Skills Required

• 1 to 5 years' relevant experience in debt collection or recovery roles.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.

Remuneration

The salary range for this position is between 10000 and 35000 INR per month.
