DC Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive DC Controller to join NADEC Foods' Supply Chain team. This position is crucial for enhancing warehouse efficiency, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing timely reports that facilitate smooth distribution operations across the company's regional network.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile baseline customer demand by collecting, analyzing, and validating relevant data.
• Monitor and update forecast consumption at the customer level.
• Assist in inventory planning for current products, new launches, and phase-outs.
• Verify daily and monthly inventory transactions to detect and resolve inconsistencies.
• Generate performance reports for the distribution center on daily, weekly, and monthly bases focusing on allocation versus actual receipts.
• Reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical market returns.
• Ensure that all distribution center operations adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate system stock levels through control of minimum and maximum thresholds.
• Manage tracking of empty crate returns and receipts between the distribution center and Haradh factory.
• Provide comprehensive shift management reports to aid in operational decision-making.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at continual process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience ranging from freshers up to 2 years in Warehouse and Logistics, preferably within FMCG sectors.
