Role Overview
This position is for a Database Developer who can build and tailor enterprise software capabilities independently while working within established design and engineering standards.
What You’ll Do
- Create, configure, and adapt enterprise-level software features on your own.
- Make sure the implemented solution follows the approved design and enterprise guidelines.
- Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to arrive at the most suitable technical approach.
- Partner with colleagues to expand technical and domain understanding.
- Review information, draw sound conclusions, and apply them in a broader professional setting.
- Organize work effectively, set priorities, and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- 48 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong practical experience with SQL, PLSQL, and Unix, including work with very large data sets.
- Background in complex database ecosystems such as MS SQL, PGSQL, and MySQL.
- Hands-on exposure to banking and financial services solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Capability to work independently and deliver complex assignments end to end.
- Experience collaborating with architects and business analysts in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to plan and carry out unit testing and functional testing.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with client-facing experience.
Work Model and Schedule
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 2 days per week from the office as per NiCE policy, with the possibility of additional in-office time depending on project requirements.
The standard shift is 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, though support for US working hours may be needed depending on project demands.

Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
