Role Overview

We are recruiting a Data Integrity Analyst for a partner company located in the United States. This fully remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about resolving complex data issues and enhancing system reliability. Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance tasks, perform ad hoc data investigations, and implement initiatives to improve data quality supporting platform stability.
Diagnose and resolve client-specific configuration problems and data integrity challenges efficiently.
Analyze expansive datasets using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, alongside in-house systems to detect trends and anomalies.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding configuration inquiries and provide valuable assistance to internal teams.
Collaborate with engineering units to relay technical findings, supply detailed feedback, and aid in troubleshooting processes.
Maintain and enhance key product integrations, reporting mechanisms, and operational workflows.
Investigate technical concerns through thorough assessment of documentation, knowledge bases, company resources, and historical data.
Identify and propose improvements for products, workflows, and data distribution methods through proactive analysis.
Develop profound comprehension of backend systems and anticipated product behaviors to uphold continual quality assurance.

Qualifications

At least three years of professional involvement in resolving challenges related to large-scale datasets or sophisticated operational processes.
Experience in data analysis, quality control, technical operations, or equivalent analytical disciplines.
Knowledge of programming principles, including SQL, CSS, JavaScript, is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills suited for engaging with technical teams to collaboratively solve issues without the necessity of a software engineering background.
Strong analytical mindset capable of diagnosing root causes, identifying inconsistencies, and devising effective solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail paired with a dedication to ensuring data precision and quality standards.
Comfortable handling vast amounts of data and mastering complex technological systems.
Highly organized with the capacity to independently manage multiple priorities.
Prior collaboration experience with software engineering or technical teams is preferred.
