Data Analyst

About the Role

The Data Analyst will be tasked with gathering, examining, and interpreting extensive datasets to identify trends, spot opportunities, and aid initiatives aimed at enhancing performance. This role plays a crucial part in boosting operational efficiency and enabling strategic choices by uncovering patterns and offering actionable insights. Additionally, the Data Analyst acts as a principal technical consultant to both field teams and corporate leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert complex data into understandable insights and communicate them to stakeholders in a practical manner.
• Create and upkeep reports and dashboards.
• Perform analyses before and after launching pilot programs and new operational processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within systems and reports through audits and validations.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to establish metrics, measurement strategies, and reporting demands.
• Track Key Performance Indicators and supply insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Work with various teams to provide recommendations that improve customer satisfaction and operational workflows.
• Develop and sustain models estimating savings at store and department levels.

Additional Information

This position reports to stakeholders regularly and requires collaboration across different functional groups to successfully deliver actionable recommendations.
