Data Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at Fracto Solutions based in the United States. This role involves managing and interpreting data to provide valuable business insights, facilitating data-driven decisions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, cleanse, and verify data sourced from various platforms.
• Conduct data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and generate actionable insights relevant to the business.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools utilizing Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical staff to accurately capture data requirements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate consistent performance reports.
• Execute ad-hoc data explorations to assist strategic decision-making processes.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, consistency, and documentation practices.
• Deliver clear and effective presentations of analytical findings to various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or allied disciplines.
• Expertise in SQL for extracting and analyzing large data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Foundational knowledge of data modeling techniques and database management.
• Strong analytical mindset coupled with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with an emphasis on presenting complex data clearly.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Python or R programming languages for deeper data analysis.
• Understanding of Google Analytics version 4 (GA4) or other product analytics tools.
• Awareness of ETL workflows and constructing data pipelines.
• Previous work experience within IT services, product-centric companies, or analytics consultancy.
