Data Analyst

Job Summary

The Materials Master Team (MMT) is looking for a Business Intelligence and Data Quality Analyst focused on enhancing the precision, uniformity, and reliability of essential supply chain master data. The role involves developing and deploying Power BI dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and automation processes to detect, evaluate, and address data quality issues across enterprise applications such as OnePDM (Aras), Dynamics 365, and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards that monitor data quality trends, identify exceptions, and track key performance indicators.
• Develop AI-driven tools using Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI agents to advance data analysis and operational workflows.
• Conduct comprehensive data assessments across multiple systems to spot inconsistencies, duplicates, missing data attributes, and process deficiencies.
• Perform root cause investigations to identify issues and propose long-term corrective measures preventing repeat errors.
• Lead data cleanup projects and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Define and enforce data quality metrics, monitoring systems, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare and update documentation including business rules, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to translate needs into effective, scalable solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience with SQL, data modeling, data lakes, or enterprise data platforms.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience with ERP, PLM, MRP, or supply chain information systems.
• 2 to 4 years’ hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Aras Innovator (OnePDM).

Required Skills

• Proficient in Power BI dashboard creation and business intelligence reporting.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and managing data quality.
• Experience building AI-assisted solutions leveraging Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Skilled in root cause analysis and resolving complex data issues.
• Capability in leading data remediation efforts and improving processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Competent in developing process documentation and governance controls.
• Proficient with SQL, data modeling, and enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP, PLM, MRP, and supply chain systems.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and/or Aras Innovator (OnePDM).

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of master data management and data governance concepts.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain domains.
• Adept at designing scalable, sustainable business intelligence and data quality solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an hourly pay range of $50 to $55. Non-exempt employees qualify for overtime at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours beyond 40 per week or as mandated by local laws. Final salary is based on skills and experience.
