Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product and customer datasets to discover actionable insights that affect business decisions.
• Collaborate across departments to clarify data needs, answer queries, and help set priorities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate team autonomy and informed decision-making.
• Utilize SQL for in-depth data exploration and interpretation.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and ease of use of company data.
• Maintain and support data warehouse infrastructure and data pipelines for smooth operation.
• Leverage advanced tools, including AI, to expedite analysis and enhance insight quality.
• Promote a robust data culture by improving data accessibility and comprehension among teams.
• Take ownership of all data definitions and source documentation.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of three years experience in BI, data analysis, or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL with experience managing relational databases.
• Familiarity with BI or dashboard platforms such as Holistics, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Basic data engineering capabilities.
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses preferred; Snowflake knowledge is advantageous.
• Proactive, curious, effective communicator capable of translating technical data for non-technical audiences.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate data analysis and extract deeper insights.
