Role Overview
We seek an individual passionate about assisting customers, solving challenges, and delivering exemplary service experiences. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our products and engage directly with customers, ensuring every exchange leaves them satisfied and valued.
This is a full-time position conducted entirely remotely. Our advanced AI-driven support platform integrates multiple communication channels—including email, SMS, live chat, telephone, and social messaging—into a single user-friendly inbox. Leveraging AI capabilities, such as drafting replies, accessing customer histories, proposing solutions, and automating routine tasks, you can concentrate on offering superior customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries from customers via multiple channels—email, SMS, live chat, phone, and messaging platforms—within one consolidated inbox.
- Provide assistance related to orders, subscriptions, shipping, returns, product suggestions, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize AI tools to investigate issues, compose responses, and resolve queries efficiently, while preserving a personalized approach.
- Become thoroughly knowledgeable about Scentify’s product range to confidently address customer questions and guide them appropriately.
- Escalate technical or operational concerns as necessary, ensuring complete follow-up until resolution.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, operations, and product teams to guarantee timely and accurate support delivery.
- Spot trends in customer issues and suggest enhancements for products, workflows, and overall customer experience.
- Contribute to upkeep of the knowledge base and fine-tune AI-generated responses continuously.
Candidate Profile
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within e-commerce, is highly valued.
- Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and quickly acquiring proficiency with software tools.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently from a remote setting.
- Personable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about assisting customers.
- Familiarity with Shopify platform is a notable advantage.
