Role overview
Teleperformance is inviting applications for a Customer Support Executive role in a Hindi voice process for the banking domain. This opportunity is aimed at candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable handling customer interactions over voice.
Location details
The work location is Guindy, Chennai. The interview will be conducted at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible for this opening.
Language requirement
Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and English with strong communication skills.
Compensation
The role offers a CTC of INR 30,000 per month, with a take-home pay of INR 25,000 per month.
Working schedule
This is a 6-day working role with one rotational week off. The shift is rotational, and the daily schedule includes 8 hours of work plus a 1-hour break, making it a 9-hour shift.
