• Accurately document all customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain high standards in delivering positive customer service experiences.
• Keep precise records, manage documentation and filing systems, and process orders and invoices.
• Support data entry, generate reports, and manage databases to assist business functions.
• Facilitate internal communications that support favorable customer outcomes.
• Track and follow up on customer requests and other operational tasks.
