Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant based in Skerries to deliver exceptional service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive to all customers. This role involves assisting the Shop Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the retail environment, and maintaining outstanding standards of service in a fast-paced setting.

Primary Duties

• Support the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in managing daily shop activities.
• Take charge of shop operations including opening, closing, and overseeing the team during Manager absences.
• Execute cash handling procedures responsibly and accurately.
• Provide customers with excellent betting service using multiple channels such as betting terminals and EPOS.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador promoting both in-store and digital betting products.
• Maintain high standards of shop presentation throughout the working day.
• Ensure all safety, compliance, and operational protocols are consistently followed.
• Demonstrate social responsibility in all dealings.
• Continuously seek self-improvement and contribute positively to the team environment.
