Role Overview
The Customer Quality Contact will serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, focusing on executing customer-specific requirements and assuring conformity to product and process standards. This position is instrumental in spearheading continuous improvement initiatives within the organization, particularly in quality management and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of unique customer requirements in alignment with Versigent’s standards.
- Analyze product and process quality concerns, determining and enacting effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Function as the primary communication bridge between external clients and internal departments.
- Assess process effectiveness and proactively recommend and drive performance enhancements.
- Design, update, and manage control plans and related quality documentation, such as PFMEA and other control tools.
- Engage in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities to confirm adherence to customer and industry standards.
- Track cost of poor quality (CoPQ) metrics and identify strategies for reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
- Address customer complaints, coordinate clear resolution processes, and document resolutions.
- Support ongoing development of quality systems and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Secondary education certificate (IV level or above).
- Prior experience in a similar role, with preference for those from the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Effective communicator with enthusiasm for teamwork and innovation.
