TurboTenant is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist I to support landlords and renters through a fast-moving startup environment. What you'll do

  • Act as a primary point of contact for TurboTenant customers across chat, email, and phone, representing the company with a helpful and professional approach.

  • Work toward ARR conversion and sign-up goals by learning users’ needs and matching solutions to those needs.

  • Maintain high personal standards through empathy, proactivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work in line with TurboTenant’s values and CX team principles in all internal and external interactions.
