Overview
We are seeking a customer service professional passionate about delivering outstanding support. The ideal candidate will address customer concerns with empathy and positivity. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, along with maintaining a professional attitude with clients and coworkers. This role requires office presence one to two days weekly, offering a chance to be part of a team dedicated to excellent service.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers at all times.
- Respond quickly to customer messages across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, Tavolashop.com chat, Facebook Messenger, email, Instagram, and over the phone.
- Identify customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Manage order processing using platforms such as Magento, Shopify, and other related order management systems.
- Coordinate with local fulfillment and delivery teams to verify customer addresses and ensure timely shipments.
- Facilitate off-site payments via payment links for special cases or customers unable to use standard online payment methods.
- Monitor and reply to customer feedback posted on Google My Business.
- Assist the Tavola Studio team by informing selected customers about complimentary class vouchers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 0 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role; familiarity with Magento, OTO, and Zendesk is advantageous.
- Recent graduates who are confident in their abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Exhibit a positive attitude with the willingness to embrace new challenges cheerfully.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service objectives.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail, and customer-oriented planning and organization.
- Experience or background in e-commerce is preferred.
