About the Role

This position is part of a fast-casual restaurant team focused on serving freshly prepared food and delivering a welcoming guest experience. The workplace emphasizes hands-on food prep, strong service standards, and a clear path for growth, with many team leaders having started in crew roles.

Training is provided for multiple station types, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The environment is built around making real food each day using fresh ingredients rather than frozen or canned shortcuts.

What You’ll Do

• Help prepare and serve food across different restaurant stations as needed.
• Support a friendly, efficient, and positive customer experience.
• Work with the team to keep service moving smoothly during busy periods.
• Learn restaurant processes and develop skills across kitchen and front-of-house tasks.
• Contribute to the brand’s focus on quality, hospitality, and consistency.

Who Can Apply

This role is open to people who are at least 16 years old, communicate in the primary language(s) used at the work location, and bring a positive, service-oriented attitude. Prior experience in food service is welcome, but not required. Backgrounds such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook are all relevant, and applicants without experience are also encouraged to apply.
