Creative Director

Role Overview

Lenzo Digital is seeking an engaged and proactive Creative Director to spearhead creative strategies, campaign concepts, and visual direction across various digital platforms including social media, content production, motion graphics, and video projects. This position requires active leadership involvement, mentoring the creative team while also directly contributing to key creative deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate creative strategies, campaign themes, central concepts, and communication frameworks aligning with client goals, audience insights, and brand positioning.
• Lead the art direction for digital campaigns, social content, paid ads, motion graphics, video, brand assets, and client presentations.
• Ensure cohesive execution where copy, design, motion, and channel delivery unite under a single impactful creative idea.
• Facilitate creative brainstorming, provide objective critiques to elevate originality and execution quality.
• Develop and refine key concepts, visuals, storyboards, and presentations personally when required.
• Lead or co-lead significant creative pitches and articulate creative rationale clearly to clients.
• Direct multidisciplinary creative teams, including designers, motion designers, copywriters, content specialists, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
• Implement effective creative briefing, review, and approval workflows to enhance quality and turnaround speed.
• Coach creative team members and deliver clear, constructive feedback consistently.
• Make sure concepts are realistic and feasible within approved scope, budgets, resources, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in a creative agency setting, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as creative lead, art director, or associate creative director.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating strategic campaign development, core idea creation, visual systems, digital/social work, motion/video direction, and client-facing presentations.
• Proven ability in creative strategy beyond mere attractive design production.
• Strong skills in art direction, typography, branding, layout, and visual system design judgment.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and confidently presenting to senior-level clients.
• Proficient hands-on use of Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software.
• Fluent professional communication in English; proficiency in Arabic and prior experience in Saudi or GCC agencies are highly preferred.
• Willingness to be based mostly on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
