Role Overview
We aim to engage a seasoned Creative Designer who embodies impeccable craftsmanship and refined taste. This individual will be responsible for designing premium, effective websites optimized for conversion and producing compelling advertisement creatives that attract initial prospects. This position is based in Charlotte, NC, operating on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-end marketing websites and landing pages that not only exude quality but are optimized for conversion.
- Create advertising creatives for paid social media and various digital channels.
- Manage visual branding identity, including logo design, brand guidelines, and typography standards.
- Incorporate 3D elements, such as product renderings and motion-friendly assets, to enhance the creative output.
- Leverage an AI-enabled toolkit—including Figma, Claude, Higgsfield, and AI-driven image/3D tools—to accelerate work without sacrificing creativity or quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive designs using Figma.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses exceptional aesthetic judgment and high standards suitable for top-tier clients.
- Highly proficient with Figma and contemporary design tools.
- Experienced in utilizing AI tools like Claude and Higgsfield intelligently, balancing automation with personal craftsmanship.
- Skilled in both web interface design and advertising creative development.
- Focuses on conversion-driven design, emphasizing outcomes alongside visual appeal.
- Demonstrates ability to move quickly, iterate effectively, and autonomously manage projects end to end.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience; this position is not for beginners.
- A robust portfolio that showcases expertise across web design, branding, and advertising creative.
- Proficiency and mastery of Figma and modern design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and comprehensive design systems.
- Hands-on experience in designing both marketing websites and advertisement creatives.
- Familiarity with AI-native design tools, including Figma, Claude, Higgsfield, AI-based imagery, and 3D software, alongside discerning knowledge of when to rely on or override these tools.
- Experience in 3D design is highly advantageous due to increased utilization.
- Motion design capabilities are an additional plus.
