About the Role
Under the direction of the Head of Brand, this position involves providing stylistic guidance and staging coordination for a range of photoshoots. Responsibilities span from conceptualizing high fashion and on-brand looks to executing styling for various shoot formats including street style, e-commerce, and campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Style outfits, shoes, and accessories to reflect the brand's fashion-forward aesthetic for diverse shoot types.
- Coordinate product loans from independent designers, managing returns and ensuring accurate social credit is given.
- Maintain and manage the styling budget documentation.
- Lead e-commerce photoshoot sessions and decide on outfit selections alongside photographers.
- Collaborate closely with garment technology teams to prepare the correct samples for shoots, ensuring proper labeling and upkeep post-shoot.
- Communicate garment requirements, including adjustments needed for sample sizes and shoot scheduling.
- Style looks for wholesale presentations and e-commerce platforms.
- Arrange model bookings and negotiate fitting fees for upcoming campaigns.
- Provide on-set assistance involving set arrangement, garment steaming, dressing models, and organizing outfits.
- Participate in international shoots by styling campaign and social content abroad.
- Develop makeup and hair mood boards for approval from the Head of Brand.
- Maintain organization and tidiness in the studio and styling areas.
Research and Creative Direction
- Develop creative direction, mood boards, and scout shoot locations for campaigns and studio shoots, submitting them for final approval.
- Coordinate with production to assist in booking creative assets such as props, accessories, and locations.
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions and pitch original ideas.
- Keep the brand competitively ahead by scouting emerging talent across social platforms including models, props, and partnerships.

- A genuinely creative individual possessing a strong professional network.
- Demonstrated ability to style comprehensive, innovative looks.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends encompassing clothing, footwear, accessories, and makeup.
- Capacity to commit to extended working hours on photoshoot days.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of representing the brand positively during shoots and in dealings with external talent, agents, and partners.
