Courier/Non-DOT Driver

Position Overview

Seeking a dedicated driver/operator for company vehicles to ensure prompt and courteous delivery and pick-up of packages. The role demands adherence to the company’s service features, including customer service responsibilities. This position involves operating vehicles that are exempt from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, section 391. Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Work Schedule

• Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; larger packages can be handled with equipment or assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Competent in reading and speaking English to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic officials, and comply with FMCSA regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle type.

Job Conditions and Requirements

• Position is non-covered safety sensitive.
• Professional and neat appearance required due to regular customer interaction.
• Must maintain alertness and operate safely at all times.
