Role Overview

The Corporate Paralegal will support legal, compliance, and operational activities, handling classic paralegal tasks alongside vital responsibilities related to partnerships and strategic projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, editing, proofreading, and managing assorted legal documents such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Maintaining corporate records, ensuring regulatory and governance compliance, and aiding in licensing and regulatory filings domestically and internationally.
  • Collecting and organizing materials for transaction and partnership due diligence.
  • Establishing and managing secure data rooms for diligence and project needs.
