Copywriter (m/w/d) - Full-time Remote

Position Overview

We are searching for a Copywriter to join one of the leading B2C coaching companies in the German-speaking market. This role offers a chance to break records, impact lives positively, and become an integral member of a successful marketing team looking to elevate its efforts further.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Copywriter, your core responsibility will be driving revenue through the creation of compelling ad copy. You will develop concepts for advertisements, script them, and approve final versions. Currently, the company produces about 10 advertisements weekly (including videos, images, carousel posts), primarily for Instagram via Meta Ads, targeting mainly people aged 20-35, but also reaching older demographics.

Our funnels include:

• "Fuck Einsamkeit" — an innovative way to build meaningful connections
• "Fuck Smalltalk" — guiding people to deeper conversations

Additionally, there is a flagship coaching funnel called Mental Strength Challenge and monthly free challenges supporting ad creation.

In your role, you embrace the company value "Extreme Ownership" by taking responsibility not only for writing ads but also for one or several funnels' copy success. While you won't be editing videos or uploading ads yourself, your copy forms the foundation for funnel success. You will operate like an entrepreneur inside the company, with considerable creative freedom and managerial support.

A typical week involves:

• Writing the majority of ad copy
• Collaborating closely with video editors to provide feedback
• Analyzing ad performance, implementing ideas, and pursuing further learning

Applicant Requirements

• A passion for marketing
• A relentless drive for improvement and achieving ambitious goals
• At least one year of prior copywriting experience
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken
