Role Overview
This role involves coordinating and managing all formal communications from the NFL Management Council to the NFL Players Association and all 32 Member Clubs, focusing on legal and labor operation issues. The individual ensures clubs receive timely counsel before collective bargaining deadlines and assists with various legal administrative tasks, including salary cap reconciliation and CBA administration projects.
Key Duties
- Organize, monitor, and disseminate Management Council communications and memos to the NFLPA and clubs.
- Proactively keep up with the league calendar and management operations to maintain up-to-date agreements and memoranda with NFLPA.
- Collaborate with legal and labor operations experts to guarantee accuracy of correspondence.
- Track and respond to club inquiries regarding memos from the Management Council as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all memos and agreements executed with the NFLPA.
- Handle and organize official Management Council records.
- Support the daily Salary Cap reconciliation and year-end reconciliation activities.
- Contribute to projects related to the administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and player-related policies.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- At least two years of experience working in a business or professional office environment.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

Work Hours and Location
The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week with potential for extra hours when necessary. The position is onsite at an NFL office or stadium in New York, NY, with no option for remote or hybrid work. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is between 72,000 and 80,000 USD annually, with hiring typically near the midpoint. Comprehensive benefits packages are offered.
